Because of changes with Google and Aspen you will occasionally be unable to load the page until you clear your cache.
If this happens, one of the quickest ways to clear your page cache is to click the icon on the left of the URL and go to "Cookies and Site Data" then "Manage On Device Site Data". On the new page that pops up you can click the trash icons to clear cookies and then refresh the page.
Alternatively, you can click Ctrl+H to go to History and click on Clear Browsing Data. Change the time range to All time and click on Clear Data.
