Create the Contact Group Name

  1. Login to MHRD Gmail
  2. Click on the down arrow and click on Contacts


  3. Click New Group


  4. Enter the Name of Group and Click OK

Adding Members to a Contact Group From your Personal Contact List
  1. Click on My Contacts to view all your contacts 
  2. Select the members of the contact group with the checkbox


  3. Click on the Contact Group Icon 


  4. Select the group name with the checkbox and click Apply

Adding Members to a Contact Group From MHRD Staff Directory

  1. Click on Directory on the lower left side to view MHRD Staff 

      2.  Search for a name by typing in search box and click the blue magnified glass or click on the name as it appears

        3. Click on the Contact Group Icon

       4. Select the group name with the checkbox to add the email address to the Contact Group
